ISPC supports Single-Payer Legislation in Illinois and Nationally!

When is a plan, policy, or legislation true Single-Payer/Improved Medicare for All? Ideally, when it:

  • Covers everyone living in the US
  • Provides comprehensive coverage for medically necessary care
  • Eliminates premiums. copays, and deductibles
  • Excludes insurance companies
  • Streamlines billing and administration
  • Allows patiens to see the doctor of their choice
  • Is not-for-profit

Currently,  there are exciting developments taking place on the federal level, in both houses of Congress. A great deal is in flux. Come back to this page later to see the latest developments.
