ADAPT has some action planned for Aug. 31st

Also focusing on push for long-term care provisions
Lacking from Bernie bill
Membership Committee
Continuing to gather signatures at various events
Want to do that in September at farmers’ markets
May want to get new folks interested in getting involved involved with this
Would like to have a list of other things we could engage people in e.g.:

People sharing stories
Marketing/fundraising
Promoting long-term care issues
Web Site Committee
New members bringing new skills
Simplifying and streamlining donate and join pages
Adapting side for mobile devices
Accessibility for blind
Looking for person proficient in Drupal
Proposal to combine social media and website committees in one communications site

5) Long-term care proposal for disability and single payer activists (Susan)

We have three chapters done!
Posted all three in google docs
One is a PDF
Writing this as advocates of single payer
Not trying to be academically neutral
Have authoritative sources for data
Data is changing -- trying to keep up
Basing most of data on comparison to other countries
Many people believe much of American literature is provincial
Want to get this out ahead of 2020

For help with design -- could get one year $250 non-profit InDesign license
This could also help with newsletter
